ERP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion implementation and transformation projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional/technical consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support go-live planning, hypercare support, and project closure activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP project delivery and enterprise application implementations.
• Proven track record as an ERP Project Manager specifically delivering Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion projects.
• Mandatory certification in at least one of the following: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
• Prior project delivery experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with local business practices and stakeholder management within the Kingdom.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Arabic language skills.
