ERP Project Manager

About the Company

Our client is an established and rapidly expanding company specializing in the design and implementation of ERP solutions for international businesses. They feature a dynamic and collaborative team looking for an ERP Project Manager to coordinate the delivery and implementation of solutions for manufacturing and distribution companies in North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor ERP system implementation or evolution projects
• Define requirements with operational teams including finance, production, logistics, and sales
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with ERP consultants, developers, and integrators to ensure deliverable quality
• Prepare and lead follow-up meetings, progress reports, and steering committees
• Ensure training and support for key users during deployments

Requirements

• University degree in management, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management (implementation, migration, or optimization)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and strong organizational skills
• Bilingualism in French and English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
