About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end governance of ERP and infrastructure programs
- Manage program delivery across multiple workstreams including Finance, Procurement, HR, and Maintenance
- Coordinate with system integrators (SI) and business teams to ensure alignment
- Prepare and present updates to steering committees and senior management
- Oversee budget tracking, risk management, and vendor performance
- Manage infrastructure carve-out activities to transition ownership from managed service providers to in-house operations
- Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience leading 3–4 large-scale ERP programs
- Proven track record with at least 2 Oracle Fusion implementation projects
- Strong background in program governance and delivery oversight
- Experience in stakeholder management and managing multiple priorities in complex environments
- Exposure to infrastructure transition or carve-out projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the Oil & Gas or asset-intensive industries
