ERP Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end governance of ERP and infrastructure programs
• Manage program delivery across multiple workstreams including Finance, Procurement, HR, and Maintenance
• Coordinate with system integrators (SI) and business teams to ensure alignment
• Prepare and present updates to steering committees and senior management
• Oversee budget tracking, risk management, and vendor performance
• Manage infrastructure carve-out activities to transition ownership from managed service providers to in-house operations
• Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience leading 3–4 large-scale ERP programs
• Proven track record with at least 2 Oracle Fusion implementation projects
• Strong background in program governance and delivery oversight
• Experience in stakeholder management and managing multiple priorities in complex environments
• Exposure to infrastructure transition or carve-out projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the Oil & Gas or asset-intensive industries
