ERP Migration Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Elaborate the ERP migration strategy in connection with management and business teams
• Coordinate all internal and external project stakeholders
• Ensure progress monitoring, respect for deadlines, costs, and quality
• Implement clear and effective project governance
• Collect and formalize business needs and translate them into functional specifications
• Plan and manage data migration while guaranteeing integrity and consistency
• Develop and supervise testing strategies (unit, integration, validation)
• Organize and support change management for end users

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering, IT, Project Management, or equivalent)
• Solid experience in ERP project management, ideally in complex multi-site environments
• Excellent project management, team coordination, and communication skills
• Good understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, production, HR, etc.)
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
