ERP Manager - NetSuite Functional

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NetSuite project execution including planning, design, build, testing, and go-live
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
• Lead NetSuite implementations covering system configuration, functional setup (Financials, O2C, P2P), and data migration
• Serve as the primary client contact for requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT coordination
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and data teams to ensure aligned execution
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure delivery meets quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience
• Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle NetSuite implementations
• Experience in ERP or IT consulting
• Strong project management and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage projects independently from planning through go-live

Preferred Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting
• Experience working with US- and Europe-based clients
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant)
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
