ERP Functional Lead

About the Company

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their HMND‑01 Alpha platform is already running in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional and solution design authority for ERP across all domains
• Own end-to-end functional design for Finance and Procurement, including configuration standards
• Lead design and configuration for Record to Report and Procure to Pay processes
• Provide functional leadership on ERP technical and architectural decisions, including extensibility and integration patterns
• Oversee data models, migration approaches, and compliance/audit controls
• Define and own the functional testing strategy and acceptance criteria
• Partner with the ERP Programme Manager to sequence design, build, and testing activities

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience delivering modern cloud ERP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Oracle NetSuite)
• Deep functional expertise in Finance and Procurement
• Proven experience as a functional or solution design authority on ERP programmes
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, extensibility, and integration concepts
• Ability to challenge system integrators and vendors confidently
• Pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product-led environments
• Experience operating in scale-up or transformation contexts
• Exposure to analytics, reporting, and BI design in ERP contexts
