ERP Data Migration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract, profile, and map HR data from Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 to Sapience HCM
• Design and execute ETL processes for HR, performance management, and financial data
• Conduct reconciliation of employee records and validate data integrity with stakeholders
• Review and document data flows between Sapience, D365 FNO, and D365 Fabric
• Manage migration of financial planning data from D365 to Workday Adaptive Planning
• Inventory and migrate legacy subgrant data to ICERTIS CLM
• Define data mapping and cleansing procedures for Donor/Grants databases
• Maintain a unified Data Migration Strategy and Plan (DMSP) across all workstreams
• Manage integrated migration risk and issues logs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise data migration (CLM, ERP, HCM, or financial systems)
• Proficiency in ETL tools, SQL, and data transformation techniques
• Experience migrating unstructured data including attachments and digital artifacts
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 preferred
• Strong data analysis, quality assessment, and reconciliation skills
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
