ERP Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Odoo ERP platform.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities to support academic and administrative operations.
• Perform full system implementation, module setup, and advanced Odoo configurations.
• Coordinate with developers to customize system performance and manage data migration.
• Manage Odoo projects to ensure delivery within scope, time, and quality standards.
• Conduct end-user training and provide functional support to ensure high system adoption.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, enhancements, and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting or ERP implementation.
• Proven expertise in Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in business process analysis and solution design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo Certification or formal Odoo training.
• Experience with HR, Finance, Procurement, or Administrative modules.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
