ERP Compliance & Authorization Administrator

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal point of contact for SAP authorization management
• Responsible for the active development, maintenance, control, and auditing of the authorization concept
• Independently analyze, process, and resolve authorization requests
• Optimize processes and workflows within the SAP authorization environment
• Conduct SAP audits using CheckAud and support the implementation of revision requirements
• Manage the XAMS AddOn from Xiting for authorization administration
• Contribute to projects involving the implementation of Identity & Access Management (One Identity by Quest)

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist
• Professional experience in SAP authorization and user management
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of XAMS and CheckAud
• Experience with Identity & Access Management systems
