ERP Business Analyst & Support

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ERP operations, including user configuration, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and ERP software vendors to resolve issues and track enhancements
• Analyze business processes across departments to identify system improvements and workflow automation opportunities
• Provide first-line functional support and troubleshooting for ERP users
• Conduct training sessions and develop user manuals and training materials for new and existing employees
• Generate business reports and dashboards, working with vendors to develop custom reporting solutions
• Document system workflows, procedures, configurations, and change requests

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in ERP administration or functional support
• Proven experience with ERP system administration, specifically Yardi
• Experience in gathering business requirements and conducting user training
• Experience working directly with ERP software vendors
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL and databases
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
