ERP Application Manager - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of business-critical Supply Chain ERP applications to ensure reliability and maintainability
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
• Manage L1/L2 application operations and collaborate with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics
• Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements to enhance operational excellence
• Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Supply Chain business processes within an ERP or enterprise application environment
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle and IT service management (ITSM) principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
• Ability to analyze complex issues and drive sustainable improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
