ERP and Systems Integration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and existing systems to identify integration needs.
• Coordinate integration projects between ERPs, applications, and third-party platforms.
• Participate in system implementations, migrations, and evolutions.
• Define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create functional and technical documentation.
• Design and execute test and validation plans.
• Manage incidents and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Collaborate with international teams, specifically in France.
• Train and support users and teams during change management processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in system implementation, integration, or technology consulting.
• Proven experience working with ERPs, enterprise applications, or management platforms.
• High level of proficiency in French and/or English for international collaboration.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience working with SaaS projects.
• Experience in user training and support.
• Background in Hospitality, Tourism, or Management Software sectors.
