ERP and Digital Operations Project Manager Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in scoping workshops with business teams and the ERP integrator
• Contribute to the formalization of target processes (finance, purchasing, stock, planning, manufacturing, logistics, quality)
• Assist in preparing, cleaning, and structuring data for deployment (articles, suppliers, orders, stocks, BOMs)
• Prepare and execute complete test scenarios with Key Users
• Document processes, operating procedures, and operational management rules
• Support user training and daily assistance
• Monitor anomalies, questions, and open points during the project phase
• Contribute to continuous ERP improvement after deployment

Requirements

• Preparing an Engineering degree or Master's (Bac+4 or Bac+5) in supply chain, industrial engineering, information systems, data, or operations management
• Availability for an apprenticeship starting in 2026
• Previous experience or sensitivity to industrial environments (internship or project in production, purchasing, logistics, methods, or quality)
• Knowledge of ERP architectures or environments is a strong asset
• Strong analytical and structuring skills
• Proficiency with data, digital tools, and Excel
• Rigor, attention to detail, and synthesis skills
• Ability to work in an agile startup environment
