ERP Analytics Oracle EPM - ARCS-Senior

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) solutions.
• Configure reconciliation profiles, formats, match types, rules, and workflows.
• Implement workflow automation, aging rules, and structured reconciliation timelines to support financial close.
• Manage data integration from various source systems using Data Exchange for both Balance and Transaction data.
• Configure matching profiles and auto-match rules, and manage exceptions for transaction reconciliation.
• Manage unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases to ensure smooth deployment.
• Develop functional documentation and training materials, and facilitate workshops for end users.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of professional experience in ERP analytics or related fields.
• Proven experience with Oracle ARCS implementation.
• Familiarity with Cloud REST APIs.
• Experience with data transformation scripting or automation tools.
• Experience working within Agile project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle ARCS certification.
• Strong ability to collaborate with both finance and IT teams to streamline processes.
