ERP & Administration Executive (Zoho One)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize company, vendor, and tenant documentation using Zoho WorkDrive
• Manage compliance documentation, including contracts, permits, licenses, and approvals
• Handle vendor and tenant visa documentation and application processes in coordination with PROs
• Act as the primary Zoho One administrator, configuring and optimizing modules such as Zoho People, Projects, CRM, and Forms
• Implement digital workflows, automations, and permissions based on company SOPs
• Ensure data consistency and cross-app integration within the Zoho ecosystem
• Support team onboarding for Zoho systems and identify opportunities for process automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience with Zoho One administration, configuration, or implementation
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, documentation systems, and process automation
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• IT-oriented mindset with the ability to translate operational needs into system workflows
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling visa documentation and managing multi-vendor environments
