ERP 운영 담당자

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line operational support for SAP and related systems, handling user inquiries, failures, errors, and improvement requests
• Perform daily operations such as user registration, access management, account and basic settings
• Support operational documentation including processes, manuals, access frameworks, and processing standards
• Support basic data and evidence management for ITGC, access controls, process establishment, and audit response

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SAP FI, CO, TR, MM modules
• Experience in user inquiry response, access management, failure/error response, and operational documentation
• Ability to communicate with business units, IT organizations, and external vendors to organize operational issues and manage follow-up actions
• Ability to systematize repetitive operational tasks and organize them into manuals, processing standards, and evidence materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating similar ERP/business management systems
• Experience operating business support systems such as firm banking, corporate cards, expense settlement, travel expenses, and purchasing/contracts
• Experience participating as an operator or PMO in ERP new implementation or improvement projects
• Practical experience in access design, SoD, ITGC, and audit response
• Experience in interface error response, batch monitoring, and external vendor collaboration
