ERISA/Employee Benefits Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support regarding tax-qualified employee retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and employee welfare benefit plans
• Advise on matters related to the Internal Revenue Code and Title I of ERISA
• Support the firm's employee benefits practice through research, drafting, and client service

Requirements

• Two or more years of employee benefits experience
• PA Bar Admission required
• Strong academic record
• Familiarity with Internal Revenue Code and Title I of ERISA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with laws affecting tax-qualified employee retirement plans
• Experience with nonqualified deferred compensation plans and employee welfare benefit plans
