Ergonomist Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Perform ergonomic risk assessments at various workstations
• Analyze field data and feedback to identify risks related to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)
• Propose and implement practical solutions such as workstation adjustments, new tools, or process changes
• Contribute to the creation and delivery of ergonomic training materials
• Support daily EHS activities, including safety, environment, and compliance monitoring
• Assist in the continuous improvement of site practices and processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Health and Safety, or an equivalent field
• Basic knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) principles
• Professional English proficiency for participating in workshops and exchanges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong interest in field-based ergonomics and industrial environments
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
