About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform ergonomic risk assessments at various workstations
- Analyze field data and feedback to identify risks related to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)
- Propose and implement practical solutions such as workstation adjustments, new tools, or process changes
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of ergonomic training materials
- Support daily EHS activities, including safety, environment, and compliance monitoring
- Assist in the continuous improvement of site practices and processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Health and Safety, or an equivalent field
- Basic knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) principles
- Professional English proficiency for participating in workshops and exchanges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong interest in field-based ergonomics and industrial environments
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
