About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish diagnostics on working conditions, including biomechanical, organizational, and cognitive components
- Formulate recommendations and propose solutions to improve working conditions and client performance
- Support the implementation of technical and organizational solutions in cooperation with other site departments
- Conduct ergonomic project management and facilitate working groups
- Integrate Human Factors into continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a BAC +4 level training program in the field of ergonomics
- Knowledge of occupational health, work organization, psychology, physiology, and biomechanics
- Fluent French and professional English (B2 level)
- Strong soft skills including communication, curiosity, leadership, rigor, and autonomy
- Ability to evolve in a complex environment and influence diverse teams
