About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish diagnostics on working conditions, including biomechanical, organizational, and cognitive components
  • Formulate recommendations and propose solutions to improve working conditions and client performance
  • Support the implementation of technical and organizational solutions in cooperation with other site departments
  • Conduct ergonomic project management and facilitate working groups
  • Integrate Human Factors into continuous improvement processes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a BAC +4 level training program in the field of ergonomics
  • Knowledge of occupational health, work organization, psychology, physiology, and biomechanics
  • Fluent French and professional English (B2 level)
  • Strong soft skills including communication, curiosity, leadership, rigor, and autonomy
  • Ability to evolve in a complex environment and influence diverse teams
