EREMA Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate extruders and annealers to manufacture PET sheets and coils
• Conduct rigorous quality control testing to ensure product precision
• Set up and operate PET lines according to scheduled orders
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and equipment adjustments
• Manage the regrind process by chopping and repurposing materials
• Use fork trucks to safely load raw materials following safety protocols
• Utilize hand tools to facilitate efficient machine changeovers
• Calibrate mixing bins and maintain material system integrity

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating a fork truck
• Experience adjusting manufacturing equipment
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Basic computer skills
