ER Case Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the business with the management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, capability, grievance, and sickness matters.
• Provide professional advice, support, and guidance to managers and employees in line with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct investigations to resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Develop, implement, and maintain employee relations policies and procedures aligned with business strategy and applicable laws.
• Produce and deploy ER training in coordination with control partners to focus on prevention.
• Deliver ER metrics and share insights with stakeholders regarding employee relations issues and trends.
• Consult on complex issues and provide advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated matters.

Requirements

• Practical ER case management experience gained in an HR/ER function.
• Experience advising Line Managers on a day-to-day basis in a commercial and pragmatic manner.
• Experience working within medium to large blue-chip organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience managing HR/ER matters specifically across the UK.
• Experience working within a highly matrixed organization.
• Solid appreciation of cultural and geographic sensitivities.
