ER Case Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional ER advice and guidance to managers on disciplinary, capability, grievance, and sickness matters.
• Conduct investigations to resolve employee complaints and disciplinary issues.
• Review and draft documentation while advising on potential employment and legal risks.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of ER policies and procedures.
• Produce and deploy ER training in coordination with control partners to focus on prevention.
• Deliver ER metrics and share insights with stakeholders regarding trends and issues.
• Consult on complex issues and provide coaching to People Leaders to resolve escalated matters.

Requirements

• Practical ER case management experience gained within an HR or ER function.
• Proven experience advising line managers on a day-to-day basis in a commercial and pragmatic manner.
• Experience working within medium to large blue-chip organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work UK shifts (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing HR/ER matters specifically across the UK.
• Experience working within a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical and data skills, including intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Understanding of cultural and geographic sensitivities in a global business context.
