Responsibilities

  • Provide key sales content, idea generation products, and client analysis to drive business development.
  • Prioritize resource allocation across clients and products to maximize revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to impact revenue outside of your immediate product area.
  • Drive product improvements to meet evolving client needs and market demands.
  • Maintain a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethics while adhering to risk management policies and regulatory rules.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a financial services environment.
  • Fulfillment of all necessary China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) licenses required for regulated activities.
  • Deep knowledge of current Equities market trends.
  • Strong understanding of product cycles and the ability to anticipate market impacts across a broad spectrum of products.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
