Equity Research Supervisory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure research report content is clear, fair, and not misleading
• Confirm investment theses and valuations are justifiable and properly presented
• Validate financial figures, estimates, and template updates
• Screen for compliance watchlist companies and route concerns to the control room
• Cross-check compliance lists to ensure proper disclosures and regulatory adherence
• Verify information is publicly available and appropriately attributed
• Conduct editorial work to ensure content is suitable for institutional clients
• Use BlueMatrix to schedule and distribute research reports
• Liaise with analysts regarding wording, regulatory concerns, and numerical inconsistencies
• Approve model disclosures, presentations, and communications for compliance and style

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisory Analyst
• Active Series 16 License
• Strong financial statement analysis and quantitative skills
• Excellent grammatical and written communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
• Meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the BlueMatrix publishing platform
