About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure research report content is clear, fair, and not misleading
- Confirm investment theses and valuations are justifiable and properly presented
- Validate financial figures, estimates, and template updates
- Screen for compliance watchlist companies and route concerns to the control room
- Cross-check compliance lists to ensure proper disclosures and regulatory adherence
- Verify information is publicly available and appropriately attributed
- Conduct editorial work to ensure content is suitable for institutional clients
- Use BlueMatrix to schedule and distribute research reports
- Liaise with analysts regarding wording, regulatory concerns, and numerical inconsistencies
- Approve model disclosures, presentations, and communications for compliance and style
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Supervisory Analyst
- Active Series 16 License
- Strong financial statement analysis and quantitative skills
- Excellent grammatical and written communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
- Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the BlueMatrix publishing platform
