Equity Research Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Market Susquehanna’s fundamental equity research and derivative content to institutional clients through morning sales calls, conference calls, and event marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Research Analysts, Derivatives, Market Intelligence, Corporate Access, and Trading to fulfill client requests.
• Assist in the origination and onboarding of new derivative and equity accounts using firm resources.
• Interact with company management and institutional investors to support ongoing client coverage.
• Spearhead projects aimed at improving team efficiencies and implementing AI to streamline daily workflows.
• Earn Series 7 and 63 licenses and engage with the CFA curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of professional experience (1-3 years in Finance or Sales preferred).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Passion for financial markets, equities, and derivatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy trading floor environment.
• Resourceful, independent thinker and a self-starter.
• Willingness to work a demanding schedule based on project and event needs.
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or a strong willingness to learn the application of Agentic AI to drive workflow innovation.
