Responsibilities

• Manage your own trading book with a focus on the US and Global Equities market
• Manage risk for a portfolio of active strategies and drive trading decisions
• Collaborate across the trading desk to execute team goals while meeting risk standards
• Analyze market trends, order flow, and technical patterns to identify opportunities
• Develop, test, and refine trading strategies using historical and real-time data
• Monitor market conditions, news, and macroeconomic events impacting equities
• Conduct research to improve existing strategy performance
• Monitor risk levels and PnL variance, communicating changes to leadership
• Grow your business through mentorships

Requirements

• 3+ years of verified risk-adjusted profitability
• Entrepreneurial mindset and competitive nature
• Proficiency with trading platforms, execution algorithms, and market data analysis tools
• Ability to manage and communicate risk according to firm policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven self-starter with exceptional product knowledge and market insight
