Equity Derivative Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Investigate and identify strategies to optimize business operations and services for equity derivative products
• Define business requirements to inform technology builds and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data
• Review and document business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions achieve expected outcomes
• Support project teams across the entire lifecycle to ensure development aligns with business requirements
• Develop project artifacts and documentation covering functional and non-functional requirements for multiple stakeholders
• Build test cases to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results
• Analyze data and market trends to provide insights, recommendations, and evaluate project effects on business results
• Troubleshoot system workflows and malfunctions raised by the business

Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant experience in product management or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Expert proficiency in business requirements definition, analysis, and stakeholder management
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Delivery, development, and data analysis
• Strong expertise in process improvement, optimization, and systems thinking
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive data-driven decision making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate abstract concepts simply
