Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and manage new, alpha-generating trades and strategies within the TRF and dividend futures space
- Continuously monitor and optimize portfolio risk, actively managing financing/repo legs and dividend exposure
- Proactively identify and capture mispricing between OTC instruments and newly listed contracts
- Partner closely with team members and quantitative researchers to design robust pricing models and actionable data tools
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of success in a Delta-One, equity swap, or dividend trading role
- Deep knowledge of equity forward mechanics, financing/repo curves, and dividend risk management
- Exceptional data literacy and comfort manipulating large datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Benefits
- Base salary range of $100,000 - $140,000
