Equity Capital Markets Business Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret ECM trends by analyzing booked fees and forward deal pipeline activity
• Analyze market and competitor data to benchmark performance against investment banking peers
• Produce weekly management reporting, including deal updates, pipeline movements, and key performance metrics
• Develop content for Business Reviews and Town Halls, evaluating revenue and expense drivers
• Build and maintain databases to track proprietary deal-related information
• Prepare and summarize banker KPI reporting for evaluation and compensation processes
• Partner with stakeholders to respond to ad hoc analytical requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical skill set, including fee/pipeline analysis and league table interpretation
• Solid analytical fundamentals, including basic financial modeling
• General understanding of investment banking products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with high attention to detail
