Equipment Tracking Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor equipment locations and update system data using GPS and RFID technologies
• Prepare periodic reports regarding equipment usage, movement, and availability
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure equipment is provided as required
• Follow up on maintenance schedules to ensure all assets remain operational
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets and equipment
• Report any equipment loss, theft, or malfunctions and initiate necessary corrective actions

Requirements

• UAE National or Local candidate only
• Proficiency in using tracking and asset management systems
• Strong data organization and analytical skills
• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to prepare professional reports and maintain continuous follow-up
