Equipment Technology Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify weak points in equipment and logistics devices to standardize maintenance and improve performance
• Analyze and manage quality dispersion and failure modes in wafer cutting, grinding, and polishing processes
• Improve equipment performance and capacity by analyzing operating conditions for equipment, parts, and design
• Derive improvement concepts for failure and part suitability through statistical analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Control Engineering, or related semiconductor/wafer fields
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Spotfire, Jump, R, Python, or Excel
• Fundamental understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control circuits
• Ability to collaborate effectively with process, production, and quality partners
