Equipment Technician

Responsibilities

• Repair defects in equipment within the area of responsibility to ensure optimal functioning
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment
• Verify, maintain, and adjust equipment according to project specifications (temperature, pressure, flow, viscosity, rotation speed, etc.)
• Provide technical support to production and inspection teams to minimize downtime
• Install and modify equipment in accordance with schedules and technical documentation
• Complete intervention and maintenance reports accurately
• Adhere to all HSE procedures and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Secondary education in electromechanics, electronics, or electrical engineering
• Minimum 1 year of industrial experience, specifically in electromechanics or automation
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams
• Strong knowledge of electromechanics, pneumatics, and automation mechanisms (control, actuation, and measurement systems)
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and operating procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company or as a service technician for production machinery
