Equipment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and support to the Frontline Team to drive service excellence, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Supervise the placement and maintenance of marketing equipment, including coolers, vendors, and fountain machines.
• Coach and develop PepsiCo technicians through route rides to improve technical skills and professional growth.
• Minimize equipment downtime and ensure assets are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
• Manage equipment delivery and movement in accordance with customer requirements and company policies.
• Oversee the department budget to ensure alignment with the annual operating plan.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet territory needs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or the vending industry.
