About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer service and technical advice to new and existing customers
- Drive workshop equipment sales across Northern NSW and Southern Brisbane
- Conduct product demonstrations and equipment installations
- Perform customer follow-ups and provide after-sales equipment training
Requirements
- Strong mechanical or automotive knowledge (ideal for mechanics or tyre fitters looking to transition)
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
- Strong relationship-building skills and a team-focused mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities efficiently
