Equipment Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide repair, installation, and maintenance services for dental and medical equipment at practitioner offices across Northern Indiana
• Diagnose technical issues using proper troubleshooting steps and recommend effective solutions
• Complete on-site work orders, service reports, and required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain van inventory, tools, and equipment needed for daily service calls
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatchers, and team members regarding job status and completion
• Follow OSHA, fleet, and company safety policies while performing field service work

Requirements

• 2+ years of field service experience
• Basic mechanical background and customer service experience
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and electrical systems
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and maneuver large equipment as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, vocational training, or on-the-job technical training
• Associate degree or technical school certification
• Experience with dental or medical equipment service
