About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain dental equipment in the field and in shop settings
- Manage service requests, provide repair updates, and complete accurate work orders and billing
- Deliver responsive, professional customer service within an assigned territory
- Coordinate vendor repairs when needed and collaborate with internal teams
- Support territory growth by prospecting new customers and promoting preventative maintenance agreements
- Advise customers on equipment care, upgrades, and service solutions
- Travel across Ontario and maintain flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work
Requirements
- Technical training and experience in a service or equipment environment
- Strong interest in mechanics and electronics
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and comfort using systems to track service records and repairs
- Ability to lift, unpack, and move equipment up to 100 lbs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing customer needs
