About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide repair and basic installation services for dental and medical equipment in a professional manner
- Follow troubleshooting steps to diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Complete on-site installation, maintenance, and testing tasks under the direction of a Lead Technician
- Maintain necessary tools and manage inventory levels within the service vehicle
- Produce timely and detailed service reports and complete all work orders daily
- Communicate progress effectively to team members and dispatchers
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and company fleet management policies
Requirements
- 2+ years of field service experience
- Strong mechanical background
- Proven customer service background
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to maneuver large equipment and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or Technical School Certification
- Vocational training or specialized on-the-job training
