Equipment Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market growth by developing new customers and strengthening existing accounts
• Execute sales plans to achieve targets, market share, and customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary commercial interface between Volvo CE and direct customers
• Identify new business opportunities, projects, and industry trends
• Recommend suitable heavy equipment solutions based on specific customer requirements and challenges
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and sales agreements
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within the company's approval framework
• Coordinate with service, parts, finance, and technical teams to provide end-to-end support
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and market reports

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in engineering, business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• At least 1 year of experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or a related industry
• Strong B2B negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to converse in Chinese dialects
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment
