Equipment Planning Administrator

Responsibilities

• Assist the Equipment Planning Manager with day-to-day inventory forecasting and planning for onboard and lounge products.
• Support business practices regarding inventory planning, stock rotation, and distribution.
• Manage data entry for stock item data, par levels, aircraft inventories, and monthly stock takes.
• Coordinate with warehouse planners and procurement to update equipment changes and system data.
• Establish forecasts in liaison with Planning officers to maintain optimum stock levels and prevent supply shortages.
• Facilitate inventory risk evaluations, gap analyses, and risk mitigation proposals for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the equipment tender process and monitor attrition rates to ensure accurate demand planning.

Requirements

• Diploma level education with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in airline catering, stores, or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically spreadsheet software for statistical analysis.
• Strong understanding of inventory and logistics processes.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and experience with equipment or goods inventory systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
