Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including haul & water trucks, front-end loaders, telehandler forklifts, skid steers, and excavators
• Provide guidance and serve as a spotter for trucks arriving and departing
• Perform and document daily safety and maintenance checks
• Conduct minor preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain clean and organized process operations and work areas
• Participate in pre-shift and post-shift safety and operational meetings
• Report incidents, injuries, or safety concerns to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in soils screening, soil moving, and soil processing operations
• Experience operating wheel loaders, dozers, excavators, and skid steer loaders
• Mechanical ability
• Ability to use a computer for training portals
