Equipment Operator I - PcD

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including off-road trucks, wheel loaders (up to 966 size), and excavators (under 40 tons)
• Load, move, and transport steel slag, co-products, and raw materials to designated storage or processing areas
• Perform pre-operational equipment checklists and ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and conservation of tools and machinery
• Identify and report non-conformities, equipment issues, or resource needs to ensure operational continuity
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and occupational health standards and procedures
• Support 5S methodology practices, including organization, cleaning, and standardization of the work environment
• Issue and distribute work permits for internal and third-party operations as required

Requirements

• High school diploma (Ensino Médio Completo)
• Active CNH D driver's license
• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation
• Availability to work in shift rotations
• This position is exclusively for People with Disabilities (PcD)
