Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate a Brausse die cutter and a 2-color Heidelberg Speed Master press
• Perform machine setups, general maintenance, and clean up
• Prepare jobs in accordance with job orders and follow production schedules
• Maintain high production levels to ensure continuous workflow
• Comply with all safety and company rules, regulations, and policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use basic hand tools and various power tools
• Ability to read and understand measuring devices like rulers, tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
• Mechanically inclined with ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Dependable work ethic with ability to work independently or in a team
• Previous experience in printing is a plus
