Equipment Operator 1B

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet riders, following all safety instructions
• Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label products
• Replenish and stock merchandise in designated zones to ensure accuracy
• Perform manual, computer, or RF functions to enter data and conduct product counts/reconciliations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by clearing loose wood, plastic, and sweeping as needed
• Identify and report faulty equipment, rack damage, or other safety hazards to supervisors
• Follow all maintenance, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 60 pounds) and perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, and reaching
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to become forklift certified
