About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and improve yield
  • Support tools across various process areas including Thin Films, Implant, Photolithography, and CVD/Diffusion
  • Monitor equipment performance and escalate or resolve issues as needed
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to optimize tool performance and reliability
  • Accurately document maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience maintaining semiconductor processing equipment
  • Working knowledge in one or more areas: Thin Films, Implant, Photo, CVD, or Diffusion
  • Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and follow technical procedures and documentation
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with specific platforms such as AMAT, ULVAC, or Lam Research
  • Advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, or tool ownership experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
