Equipment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment
• Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment using hand and power tools
• Utilize PLC, CNC, blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications for repairs
• Move and place heavy equipment and installed property in accordance with established methods, including necessary rigging
• Perform disassembly and assembly operations required for maintenance assignments
• Enter and retrieve data from the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and order necessary parts

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting electrical schematics
• High School Diploma/GED or completion of Workkeys Assessment
• Ability to work any shift
• Ability to function at heights up to 40 feet and operate moving platforms, hydraulic lifts, and forklifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial or automation maintenance
• Experience with CNC or PLC systems
• Work experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Fanuc systems
