Responsibilities

• Serve as the team lead for maintenance operations, administering the CMMS and managing spare parts inventory
• Provide supervisory oversight of the maintenance team, including scheduling and timecard approval
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on custom industrial machinery
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on electrical components and pneumatics
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and climbing ladders
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnosis and repair capability
• Familiarity with programming and CMMS
