Equipment Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Inspect, disassemble, and repair equipment according to technical documentation and established procedures
• Prioritize tasks based on client needs and maintain quality, deadlines, and cost efficiency
• Detect and analyze non-conformities and propose corrective actions
• Suggest improvements to optimize repair times and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and technical standards

Requirements

• Bac pro, CAP, or BEP in industrial maintenance, electricity, or related technical fields (Aeronautics, Systems, or Mechanical Assembly)
• Technical English proficiency (B1 level / Bright test score of 66%)
• French language proficiency (B1 level)
• Ability to follow complex technical procedures and use IT software for equipment management
• Strong teamwork skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial, automotive, aeronautical, railway, or military maintenance environments
• Experience working in shift patterns (2x8)
