Equipment Laborer

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, bobcats, or skid steers to support daily operations and assist residents.
• Greet residents and provide clear guidance on how to safely and properly dispose of waste at the Landfill Resident’s Pad.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service by answering questions and addressing resident concerns.
• Monitor disposal areas to ensure materials are handled correctly and report any unauthorized waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while following all safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and follow waste disposal regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating equipment such as a backhoe, bobcat, or mini excavator.
• Possession of a valid Class B CDL.
