Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage highly complex equipment within the wafer manufacturing area
• Oversee the introduction of new technologies and the installation of machines and processes
• Initiate and execute projects aimed at expanding technological capacity, reducing costs, and increasing productivity
• Monitor equipment parameters and perform analysis using Industry 4.0 applications
• Support process development and optimization initiatives
• Create and evaluate data monitoring related to equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, a comparable field, or a state-certified technician with several years of professional experience
• Hands-on experience with mechanics, electronics, and control technology
• Strong systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills using process knowledge
• Proficiency in German and good command of English
• A reliable team player with an innovative mindset
