About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and budget for long-term and short-term equipment needs
  • Improve equipment reliability and availability using failure analysis data
  • Implement, monitor, and audit preventative maintenance programs
  • Support craft maintenance technicians by managing inventory, parts, and crews
  • Manage logistics, material handling, and procurement processes
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and parts
  • Maintain documentation, including tool and filter lists
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements

Requirements

  • AS/BS degree in Diesel/Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and relocate as required by project needs
  • Willingness to work in both office and field environments
  • Ability to work in various climates and access construction sites or equipment yards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience with equipment
  • 1+ year of experience with equipment planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Knowledge of CAD modeling programs
